Dr. Carey Yazeed is known for illuminating the often untold stories
of women navigating corporate America. A bestselling author of
nine books, her work centers on workplace trauma, identity, and
healing, most recently explored in her workbook Unbreak My
Soul: How Black Women Can Begin to Heal From Workplace
Trauma. She is also the author of two fiction novels written under
the pseudonym CJ Domino.

An educator by training, Dr. Yazeed has taught at both the
collegiate and K–12 levels. Beyond the classroom, she has
guided numerous writers through the process of completing and
publishing their first manuscripts, helping emerging voices move
from idea to authorship.
